    • Health service updates, care coordination, or wellness notifications
    • Employment application updates, interview scheduling, or onboarding communication
    • Prescription or medication refill reminders (if applicable)
    • Scheduling updates or service notifications
    • Special promotions or limited-time offers
    • Responses to general inquiries
    • Other important notifications

    No mobile opt-in, SMS consent, or phone numbers will be shared or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. All information collected through SMS communication is kept confidential and used solely to provide requested services or respond to direct inquiries. We take appropriate measures to protect your data and ensure it remains secure.

  2. How to Opt In (Opt-In Language)

    When you provide your phone number, you may see a statement such as:

    “By checking this box, you agree to receive SMS messages related to appointments, health services, care coordination, prescription updates, and other relevant notifications. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. For assistance, text HELP to the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary. Please review our Privacy Notice and Terms & Conditions.”

    You may also verbally confirm your consent with our staff or sign up through an online or paper form.

  3. Types of SMS You May Receive

    If you have consented to receive text messages, you may receive messages related to the following:

    • Appointment Reminder: “Reminder: Your appointment with WCRx Health is scheduled for [date/time]. Reply YES to confirm or call 850-222-1963 to reschedule.”
    • Health or Service Update: “Your care coordination update is now available. Please contact WCRx Health for additional details.”
    • Prescription Notification: “Your prescription is ready for pickup at WCRx Health Pharmacy. Reply INFO for details.”
    • Employment Communication: “Thank you for your application! Your interview with WCRx Health is scheduled for [date/time]. Reply YES to confirm.”
    • Promotion or Offer: “Exclusive offer: Save 20% this week at WCRx Health! Show this text to redeem.”
    • General Communication: “Thank you for contacting WCRx Health. A representative will reach out shortly.”
  4. Message Frequency and Fees

    The number of messages you receive will depend on your interactions with us and may vary from 1–4 messages per week (or more during active services, promotions, or appointment periods).

    Standard text messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for any charges billed to you by your mobile provider.

  5. How to Opt Out

    You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by:

    • Replying STOP to any message (this will unsubscribe you from all future messages).
    • Contacting us directly at 850-222-1963 and requesting removal from our SMS list.
    • Declining or leaving the SMS consent box unchecked on any forms.

    After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.

  8. Additional Options

    If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
