After enrolling in our Live Care services, you will receive a CGM System (Continuous Glucose Meter) and if you have multiple Chronic Diseases, you will receive a wireless blood pressure monitor, a wireless thermometer, a wireless pulse oximeter and a Link+ system (Learn more about RPM equipment) that sends your readings directly to our health center.
Because you're readings are transmitted directly to the WCRx Health center, your Live Care Specialist will see it in real-time and contact you immediately if your reading is in an unsafe range.
All Live Care services and connected devices are covered by Medicare or other insurances. WCRx Health provides complete billing support services so that patients can benefit from live support, diabetes monitoring and Chronic Care Management using CGM Systems and RPM Equipment.
